I want to make it very clear that everyone must be their child's advocate. We must all READ THE LABELS we purchase for our children.  From the time I started collecting this list (my bin was overflowing due to lack of time to scan them in!) I have already removed 2 items because the allergen label was "updated" and the product is now "produced on shared equipment with milk powder". See what I mean? ALWAYS verify.  But, having scared ya half to death, these items are a good place to start! When I first took on this challenge this was the most overwhelming part! What do I feed her the first 2 weeks while we are trying this out????? Here goes. Please leave comments if your child has reactions to any of these with details... so I can keep things updated :)

This is our alternative to Ritz crackers... I actually like them better.  They are a little bit smaller in diameter.

This makes the BEST cupcakes ever!!! I add an egg to the mix.  We even fooled grandpa - who only eats cupcakes from a bakery!!!!
